 Shipping:
🌿 Free U.S. shipping is automatically provided on all orders of $100 or more, after discounts and coupons have been applied, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.

Processing Times

I aim to ship as quickly as possible.

  • In-stock items: Processed within 2–7 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order items / pre-orders: Processed within 7–14 business days.

Shipping is typically provided through USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the order size and destination.

Love our daily creative drops but don’t want to pay shipping each time?
Select “Keep My Box Open (Hold My Order)” at checkout, and I’ll hold your order safely while you continue shopping through the week or until your total reaches $100 for free shipping.

How It Works:

  1. Select “Keep My Box Open” during checkout.

  2. Continue shopping creative drops throughout the week.

  3. Once your total reaches $100—or when you’re ready to ship—simply message or email me.

  4. I’ll close your box and ship your order with care!

Boxes are held up to 14 days from your first order date.
If your total is under $100 when you request shipping, a $7.95 flat-rate invoice will be sent prior to shipment.

Items Not Eligible for Free Shipping

Some large furniture pieces or local pickup-only items are not included in the free shipping program. These will always be clearly stated in the product description.

Pre-Orders & Combined Orders

Pre-orders can be combined with other items.
In-stock items will ship promptly, and pre-ordered or special-order items will ship as soon as they arrive at Steel Roots Market.

Local Pickup

Local shoppers are welcome to pick up by appointment.
Please message me to schedule a time that works for both parties.

Returns / Exchanges

All sales are final.
No returns or exchanges on:

  • Partially used items (such as paints, candles, or other mediums)

  • Maker workshops, events, or classes (due to preparation and class size limits)
