Decoupage Queen papers are designed in the USA. The A4 and A3 sizes are printed on Italy's highest quality paper and rice paper.

Rice papers have been used for decades in arts and crafts with decoupage. Torn edges will blend beautifully into a background. It is advised to start with a white or light-colored background to make the colors and design appear brighter and more vivid.

**Note that all papers will ship in a way to minimize wrinkles, but will be folded for ease of transport.**
